About Juan Carlos Delle Vedove
Argentinian by birth, Juan Carlos Delle Vedove has been rooted in the Mediterranean for over a decade. After 15 years in Italy, he absorbed the nuances of its celebrated culinary culture and a deep respect for zero-kilometre (local) produce. In Spain he consolidated his career: he joined Martín Berasategui’s team in San Sebastián, worked in five-star hotels in Madrid, and with major catering services in Mallorca such as La Alacena de Andreu Genestra. Six years ago he founded DELLE VEDOVE PRIVATE CHEF & CATERING to meet the demand for exclusive, fully customised experiences, with a mission to delight every guest through original menus crafted with high-quality local ingredients, imbued with Mediterranean essence and freshness—an authentic, fusion-driven cuisine. We firmly believe: “There is no innovation without tradition.”

While we can work with as few as two people, the ideal number to fully enjoy the experience is from 4 people, up to a maximum of 20 people, to properly attend to all diners.
