Cone filled with steak tartare and quail egg.

Mini savory ensaimada filled with vegetables and pickled mussels.

STARTERS

Fish from the fish market with Creamy seafood cannelloni, tomato and seaweed salad with seafood cream and Mallorcan almonds.

Fresh catch of the day fish with potato and beet gnocchi, Mediterranean sofrito, and crispy spice topping. stir-fry and crispy spices.

MAIN COURSE

Aged Galician beef loin, piquillo pepper stuffed with mushroom duxelle, and meat jus.

DESSERT

Dry lemon and thyme meringue, raspberry, cardamom, and passion fruit ice cream.

Homemade bread, tomato, and aioli.
