Black squid fritter with smoked wasabi.

STARTER

Fresh pasta agnolotti filled with Mallorcan black pork, red prawn roasted in hazelnut butter, spicy and sweet petals, and almonds.

MAIN COURSE

Mediterranean red tuna tataki, mussel fideuà, vegetable couscous, and sun-dried tomato.

DESSERT

Cheese soufflé with red berries and caramel toffee.

Homemade bread, tomato, and aioli.
